For years, I navigated the fast-paced, often cutthroat world of large corporate estate agencies. Then, like many of you, I watched the BBC Panorama series on estate agent practices, and frankly, it resonated deeply. What was presented on screen – the high-pressure sales tactics, the disregard for client best interests, the focus on commission over ethics – was, sadly, not entirely unfamiliar.

It was a turning point. I realised that I could no longer stand by and be part of a system that, in many instances, prioritised profit margins over people.
